Dean\u2019s Office of the College of Industrial Technology (CIT) recently organized a workshop titled \u201cCreating Individual Development Plans for Enhanced Workplace Happiness\u201d for the year 2024. The event was officially inaugurated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Samit Songpiriyakij, Dean of CIT. Ms. Tassanee Rattanawongkhae, Director of Human Resources Management, served as the keynote speaker, sharing her extensive knowledge and experience in HR and personnel development.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop aimed to guide participants in translating competencies into actionable individual development plans, thereby fostering improved performance and satisfaction within the organization. The program was divided into two sessions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Session 1:<\/strong> May 7, 2024, at the Palm Petch Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Building 63, CIT.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Session 2:<\/strong> May 13-15, 2024, at AVANI+ Hua Hin Resort, Cha-Am, Phetchaburi Province.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The final session featured a presentation on \u201cGuidelines for Developing Individual Staff Plans\u201d by Assoc.
