Mechanical Technology (Continuing Program)

This program aims to promote professional graduates in the field of Mechatronics technology. Graduates have both in theory and practice skill, have the ability to apply technology to create suitable technology creation jobs, ability to be skillful and responsible for society and the country. Graduates have specialized knowledge in creating and controlling the automation of industrial production processes. Have ability to use production control technology, semi-automatic control. Leadership and instilling morality, ethics, human relations. Have responsibility for duties and society. In the first year, students learn to calculate equations related to mechatronics technology using theoretical and practical mathematics, science, and design thinking processes. Research and learn more from external sources by yourself. Electronic circuit design, Pneumatic circuit design, Hydraulics Basic, computer programming, Operate and control motors, sensor, actuator and electronic power in industry. Second year can calculate advanced mathematical equations. Design a control system, create workpieces that use knowledge from mechatronics technology, PLC programing, automation and semi-automatic control, embedded circuit design, industrial robots, computer programing, electronic circuits control, display in various perform. According to regulations of industrial plants, able to communicate in English in everyday life, English report Writing for Industry.

ELO 1 (S) Calculate equations in mechatronics technology using basic mathematics and science.
ELO 2 (G) Use English for communication and presentation.
ELO 3 (G) Doing in accordance with morality, ethics and rules.

ELO 5 (S) Design of automatic and semi-automatic system.
ELO 6 (S) Programing to control electronic devices and display in various formats.
ELO 7 (S) Sensor system, actuator, electric and electronic industry designing.
ELO 8 (S) Creates workpieces using the knowledge of mechatronics engineering skill.

1) Graduated a High Vocational Certificate in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electric, Electronics, Computer, Mechanic or its equivalency with the regulations of the Ministry of Education.

2) Pass regulations according to King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok graduate studies

3) Pass the entrance examination according to the regulations of King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok
