CIT Dean’s Office Hosts 2024 Workshop on “Creating Individual Development Plans for Enhanced Workplace Happiness”

The Dean’s Office of the College of Industrial Technology (CIT) recently organized a workshop titled “Creating Individual Development Plans for Enhanced Workplace Happiness” for the year 2024. The event was officially inaugurated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Samit Songpiriyakij, Dean of CIT. Ms. Tassanee Rattanawongkhae, Director of Human Resources Management, served as the keynote speaker, sharing her extensive knowledge and experience in HR and personnel development.

The workshop aimed to guide participants in translating competencies into actionable individual development plans, thereby fostering improved performance and satisfaction within the organization. The program was divided into two sessions:

• Session 1: May 7, 2024, at the Palm Petch Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Building 63, CIT.
• Session 2: May 13-15, 2024, at AVANI+ Hua Hin Resort, Cha-Am, Phetchaburi Province.

The final session featured a presentation on “Guidelines for Developing Individual Staff Plans” by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sajeemas Na Wichian, Associate Dean for Organizational Management, providing valuable insights to conclude the program.
