CIT Welcomes Exchange Students from Vietnam and France for Collaborative Research Initiatives

On July 23, 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rattanakorn Phadungthin, Associate Dean for International Relations and Special Affairs at the College of Industrial Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB), welcomed exchange students from VKU (Vietnam-Korean University of Information and Communication Technology) in Vietnam. The students visited the Department of Electronic Engineering Technology, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Paleerat Wongjumpha, Department Head, and discussed future academic exchange and collaboration opportunities with Asst. Prof. Dr. Phanita Phakdi from the Department of Applied and Social Sciences.

Additionally, exchange students from VKU in Vietnam, along with students from CESI (Centre d’Etudes Supérieures Industrielles) in France, collaborated with KMUTNB students from the Department of Industrial Engineering Technology, Bangkok campus, and the Faculty of Technology and Industrial Management, Prachinburi campus. Together, they presented findings from a short-term research project aimed at improving urban electric train services. This collaborative effort underscores KMUTNB’s commitment to fostering international partnerships and enhancing student research initiatives.
