Department of Welding Engineering Technology Hosts Seminar on Industry Preparedness
The Department of Welding Engineering Technology at the College of Industrial Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB), recently organized a seminar titled “Special Lecture to Prepare for Industry Readiness.” The event, aimed at WdET third-year and WDT first-year students, provided valuable insights into the transition from academia to the industrial sector.
The session featured two distinguished guest speakers: Mr. Anupong Thaiprayoon, Supplier Quality Representative from Bechtel Global Corporation, and Mr. Jirawat Jantaub, Assistant Manager from West Coast Engineering Co., Ltd. Both speakers shared their experiences and expertise in an interactive online format, offering guidance to students preparing for cooperative education programs.
The seminar took place on Friday, March 8, 2024, at the Palm Phet Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Building 63, KMUTNB.
