Special Lecture on “Project Planning with Critical Path Method and MsProject” Held at CIT KMUTNB

On August 7, 2024, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rattawut Rootankun, faculty member from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, delivered a special lecture on “Project Planning with Critical Path Method and Ms Project” at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). The lecture aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge of construction planning, focusing on the Critical Path Method (CPM) and S-Curve analysis, using Ms Project as a practical tool.

Organized by the Office for Research and Innovation Promotion, the Lifelong Learning Development Department, and the Industrial Production Training Center, the event attracted faculty members, students, and other interested individuals. It took place in Room 62-602 on the sixth floor of Building 62 at the College of Industrial Technology.
